Artwork prepared by All Day Print
When we create or materially prepare artwork, we provide a digital proof for your approval before production. For multi-SKU label projects, we first develop and obtain approval for the base design, then prepare the remaining SKU versions for approval. Review each version, not only the base design.
Customer-supplied print-ready artwork
Print-ready files receive technical preflight rather than a standard design-proof cycle. This may include dimensions, Cut Line, bleed, Safe Area, fonts, color mode, resolution, QR construction, and specialty production layers. For a complete customer-created SKU set, one representative SKU may be reviewed as the technical reference. This is not a promise to check every item of content in every file.
If a technical issue is found, the file must be corrected before production. You may provide corrected files or request quoted file-preparation services. Technical preflight is not proofreading, scientific validation, regulatory review, or verification of customer-supplied data.
What you must check
Confirm spelling, product names, dosage or strength, SKU assignments, quantities, label fit, lot and date information, layout, QR destinations, and barcode data. Review artwork at actual printed size. Approval confirms acceptance of the content shown; for supplied print-ready files, you remain responsible for the submitted content even when no new proof is issued.
Peptide label file requirements
PDF is preferred; AI and EPS are accepted when technically suitable. Outline fonts in final production files. Use CMYK artwork and raster images of at least 300 PPI at final placed size. Include 0.0625-inch bleed on all sides and keep essential content at least 0.125 inch inside the Cut Line. Supply vector QR codes at least 0.385 inch wide, plus a clear quiet zone. Confirm White Underprint and other specialty requirements when applicable. Other products require their own confirmed specifications.
Color and physical samples
Screens and digital proofs do not exactly reproduce printed colors, transparency, metallic or holographic effects, foil, or raised finishes. Exact color matching across materials, finishes, or separate runs is not guaranteed. Tell us about color-critical requirements before production.
Standard peptide-label physical samples typically require 2–3 business days for sample production plus 2–3 business days for shipping. Specialty samples and blank fit-test labels are considered case by case. Sample work is separate from full-order production. Ask for a quote before requesting a sample.
Revisions and reorders
Included revisions depend on the quoted service. Additional work or a material change in scope may require a new charge. Exact-file reorders have no new artwork or setup charge solely because they are reprints. Changes to content, material, or construction require review and may incur charges.
