Shipping estimates
For normal peptide-label shipments, standard transit is typically 1–2 business days within California and 2–4 business days to the rest of the mainland United States, after production is complete. Actual transit depends on the carrier, destination, and service conditions. Shipping is additional to production time.
Next Day service may be requested within California and 2nd Day service elsewhere in the mainland United States, subject to availability. Express shipping is quoted separately. It does not shorten print production unless express production is also confirmed.
Charges and destinations
Your quote or invoice identifies shipping charges for your order. Unusual package size, weight, special handling, insurance, or destination may require a separate quote. Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, and international destinations are quoted case by case. Mailers, cards, and other products have their own shipping arrangements; label transit estimates and charges are not universal.
Addresses and deliveries to fulfillment centers
Provide a complete address, suite or unit number, recipient contact information, and any receiving restrictions. For deliveries to a fulfillment center, provide required reference numbers and receiving instructions before dispatch. Request address changes promptly. We will confirm whether the change is still possible and any additional carrier charges before arranging it where practicable.
Tracking and carrier issues
When tracking is available, we provide it after dispatch. A label-created notification does not necessarily mean the carrier has received the parcel. If a shipment is delayed, missing, or damaged, contact us promptly with your order details. Keep the packaging and take photographs of visible damage so we can investigate and help with the carrier claim.
We will review the shipment circumstances and explain the available next steps. Carrier estimates are not an unconditional delivery guarantee. Our responsibility for a verified printing defect or shortage remains separate from a carrier investigation.
Pickup and local delivery
Pickup, local delivery, split shipments, or use of your carrier account must be agreed in advance. Wait for our ready notification before arranging collection. Do not assume that a production location accepts customer visits.
Packaging suitability
If you are buying bubble mailers for your own shipments, confirm usable interior dimensions and fit. Fragile items, including glass vials, may require additional protection. Select packaging for the complete contents and expected shipping conditions.
