No. You provide all product information, claims and compliance-related content. We lay it out and prepare it for print.

Design packages include a set number of revision rounds; additional rounds may be billed separately and will be noted in your quote.

Preparing your artwork for production: correct sizing, bleed, safe margins, color, and export to a print-ready file. Use CMYK artwork. Raster images must be at least 300 PPI at final placed size. Outline all fonts in final production files. Confirm bleed and safe margins for your product; peptide-label measurements do not apply to other products.

PDF is preferred; AI and EPS are accepted when technically suitable. Other files can be supplied for initial review. Editable source files and packaged fonts do not replace compliant final production files.

We can flag and advise, but final image quality depends on the source files you provide.

Pricing depends on the product, finished size, quantity, number of designs, materials, printing and finishing options, artwork preparation, and requested turnaround. Product-specific requirements, such as label SKU quantities or QR variations, may also affect the quote. Shipping is confirmed separately.

File review, setup, and any revision rounds are confirmed in your project quote.

For peptide labels, supply vector QR codes at least 0.385 inch wide, plus a clear quiet zone. Test scanability at final printed size. Confirm QR specifications for other products.

You are. Please confirm all destination links are final and tested before production.

Production begins after the invoice is paid in full (unless otherwise agreed), specifications are confirmed, and artwork approval or technical preflight is complete. We provide a digital proof for artwork we create or materially prepare. Customer-supplied print-ready files receive a technical file check.

No. We provide printing, design, file setup and packaging support only. We do not sell, manufacture, or make claims about any product.

Yes. Many clients set up labels first and add packaging later. Organizing them together keeps naming and SKUs consistent.
