File Setup Guide
Start with the general requirements, then check the setup for your product.
General artwork requirements
- PDF preferred; AI and EPS accepted when technically suitable.
- Use CMYK artwork.
- Raster images must be at least 300 PPI at final placed size.
- Outline all fonts in final production files.
- Supply vector QR artwork with a clear quiet zone. Test scanability at final printed size and verify the destination.
We can review source files and reference images initially. Editable source files and packaged fonts do not replace compliant final production files.
We provide a digital proof for artwork we create or materially prepare. Customer-supplied print-ready files receive technical preflight. You remain responsible for supplied content. Production starts after payment, confirmed specifications, and the applicable artwork review.

Artwork setup
- Provide your logo, exact product copy, SKU list, and final QR destinations. Check every version at its finished label size before artwork approval or technical preflight.
- Identify the Cut Line separately from printable artwork.
- Confirm White Underprint and specialty file requirements for your material and finish.
Special considerations
- QR codes: 0.385 inch (9.779 mm) minimum width, plus a clear quiet zone. Test scanability at final printed size.
- Check every SKU, strength, QR destination, and version at final size.
Finished sizes
Custom finished width and height, supplied in inches. 1 inch = 25.4 mm. We review the dimensions and cut shape before production.

Artwork setup
- Send vector artwork when available, with your intended cut shape and dimensions clearly indicated. Keep important details away from the cut edge.
