Who we are and what we provide
All Day Print is operated by All Day Print, Inc. We provide printing, label design, artwork preparation, and related packaging services. We do not manufacture or sell peptides, make claims about your products, or verify the scientific or regulatory accuracy of your content.
Quotes and orders
Submitting a quote request does not place an order or reserve a production date. We confirm the product specifications, quantities, services, charges, and estimated schedule in writing. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. A quote is valid for the period stated on it; if none is stated, contact us to reconfirm before payment.
Production begins after the applicable invoice is paid in full, artwork is approved or supplied print-ready files pass technical preflight, and all required specifications are confirmed. Different payment arrangements require our specific approval. Design, file preparation, shipping, and applicable taxes will be identified in the quote or invoice as relevant.
Customer content and permissions
You are responsible for the accuracy of all supplied information, including product names, strengths, lot numbers, dates, QR destinations, barcodes, and claims. You must have permission to use the text, logos, images, and other content you provide. Our technical file check does not establish that your content is accurate, lawful, or suitable for your intended use.
You authorize us and the production providers working on your order to use your supplied content only as needed to prepare and fulfill your project. Your existing content remains yours. We will obtain your permission before using your project in public marketing. After full payment, we transfer to you our ownership rights in the original final custom design created for your project, as stated in the written design agreement. Print-ready files are included. Editable source files are separately quoted unless included in your package. Unused concepts, internal templates, scripts, and production tools remain ours. Fonts, stock images, and other third-party assets remain subject to their licenses. Any retained elements needed to use the final design must be covered by the agreed usage rights.
Changes and related policies
Changes after approval may require revised files, further approval or technical review, additional charges, and a revised schedule. Changes may not be possible after production begins. A written order-specific agreement controls an expressly agreed exception to these general policies. Updates apply to future orders unless we separately agree otherwise. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
