Materials determine the label’s base appearance. Additional finishes, including foil, are subject to compatibility and project review.

Confirm the label fits your specific vial before preparing artwork. For custom dimensions, include the required width and height in your quote request.
Artwork Requirements
- PDF preferred; AI and EPS accepted when technically suitable.
- Outline all fonts in final production files.
- Use CMYK artwork.
- Raster images must be at least 300 PPI at final placed size.
- Include 0.0625-inch bleed on all sides.
- Keep essential text and graphics at least 0.125 inch inside the Cut Line.
- Supply vector QR codes at least 0.385 inch wide, plus a clear quiet zone.
- Confirm specialty file requirements, including White Underprint, when applicable.
- Verify all product information and QR destinations before approving artwork.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order multiple SKUs with different quantities?
Yes. Select “Varying by SKU” and list the quantity for each design. Minimums are 50 labels per SKU and 250 labels per size and production configuration.
Is every finish available on every material?
No. Available finishes depend on the material and artwork. We’ll confirm compatible options in your quote.
Does the design preview show my final label?
No. It shows sample artwork to illustrate label proportions and material appearance. Actual printed colors and finishes may differ. It is not a production proof.
What if my artwork or quantities aren’t ready?
Select “Discuss in quote” and tell us what you know. We can help with label design, file preparation, and quantity planning.
When does production begin?
Production begins after the invoice is paid in full (unless otherwise agreed), specifications are confirmed, and artwork approval or technical preflight is complete. We provide a digital proof for artwork we create or materially prepare. Customer-supplied print-ready files receive a technical file check.
