When the production clock starts
Production time begins when your job is formally released to production. Before release, payment must be received, all required specifications must be confirmed, and either your final artwork approval or technical preflight of your supplied print-ready files must be complete. Any unresolved material, finish, or applicator requirements must also be cleared.
Peptide label production
Standard production is approximately 6–7 business days after release. Express production is typically 2–3 business days when available. Express availability and pricing depend on the material, finish, quantity, production method, and current capacity. Request express service before approving your order; it is confirmed for your specific job.
Reorders follow the same standard schedule unless express service is confirmed. Previously printed artwork can simplify file preparation, but it does not automatically shorten production.
Other products
Production schedules for die-cut stickers, bubble mailers, and printed cards are confirmed in your quote. Peptide-label turnaround times do not automatically apply to those products.
What is outside production time
Design work, customer revisions, approval time, file corrections, physical-sample production, and shipping transit are separate. A quote request or payment by itself does not start production while other release requirements remain incomplete.
Business days and deadlines
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding observed holidays and announced closures. We confirm your production start and estimated completion date when releasing the job. Do not assume that the day you submit files is production day one.
Tell us your required in-hand date before ordering. Production and transit times are estimates unless a specific commitment is confirmed in writing. File changes, added finishing, unresolved specifications, or delayed approval or payment may change the schedule. If we learn of a material delay, we will contact you with an updated estimate.
Production plus shipping
Shipping starts after production is complete. Standard peptide-label transit is typically 1–2 business days within California or 2–4 business days to the rest of the mainland United States. These are transit estimates, not an additional production promise.
Planning example: allow approximately 6–7 business days of standard label production plus 1–2 business days of California transit, or roughly 7–9 business days after release. Design, samples, holidays, or other delays add time. Express production and express shipping are separate services.
