All Day Print, Inc. provides printing, design, and artwork preparation services. This policy describes how we handle personal information through our website and customer-service activities. Contact support@alldayprint.com or write to 432 W Broadway, Glendale, CA 91204.
Information you provide
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you submit. This may include your name, email, phone, business details, location, product specifications, quantities, artwork status, QR destinations, deadlines, delivery requirements, and project notes. During an order, we may receive artwork, correspondence, approvals, billing details, and shipping information through our business communications.
Our website does not provide customer accounts, file uploads, or payment collection. Do not enter passwords, payment-card numbers, patient records, or personal medical information in project notes.
Technical information and security
Our hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, and security signals to deliver the website and prevent abuse. We use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Its browser challenge communicates with Cloudflare.
We use temporary security and duplicate-submission records, including hashed IP identifiers, submission identifiers, timestamps, and status. Hashing does not make information necessarily anonymous. Duplicate-submission records expire after 24 hours; this does not delete inquiry records or emails held elsewhere.
Product configuration links
Product selections and project details may be included in the URL when you continue to a quote page. These details can remain in browser history, copied links, and potentially hosting logs before a form is submitted. Avoid placing confidential or sensitive information in configuration notes or sharing those links publicly.
How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, arrange artwork and approvals, fulfill orders, communicate about delivery, resolve problems, maintain business records, and protect our services. Promotional email is planned and has not started. A quote request does not enroll you in promotional marketing.
Providers and recipients
Vercel hosts the website. Cloudflare supports spam protection, Upstash supports temporary security records, and Resend delivers transactional form notifications and confirmations. Resend also delivers subscription confirmation emails and processes subscription preferences. We store signup consent and opt-out records in a managed PostgreSQL database. Promotional email through Resend remains planned. Messages are also received by our staff and customer email providers. Quick Quote information is processed in our RedPac order-management system when that integration is enabled. An email error may occur after a Quick Quote record has already been stored.
We also provide information needed by production partners, carriers, and other providers to perform requested services. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.
Cookies and advertising
Google and Meta retargeting is planned but inactive. We do not currently use Google or Meta advertising pixels or retargeting tags on this website, and we do not upload customer contact lists to those platforms. Hosting and security services may use cookies or similar technology needed to operate or protect their services. We will update our disclosures and applicable privacy choices before activating website retargeting.
Email choices
Email updates signup is voluntary and separate from quote requests. Select the optional signup choice and confirm your email using the link we send. We record your email, signup source, request time, signup wording and version, confirmation status, and preference changes. An inquiry does not subscribe you, and we do not enroll past quote contacts.
We send subscription confirmation emails through Resend. Promotional campaigns are planned and have not started. You can unsubscribe using an email preferences link without logging in. We keep marketing opt-out records separately from quote and order communications. Subscribing again requires a fresh signup and email confirmation. Contact support@alldayprint.com about email preferences or other privacy questions.
Retention
We retain information according to its purpose, including handling inquiries, completing orders, supporting reorders, maintaining required records, and resolving disputes. Retention varies by record type and provider. Records needed for legal obligations or an active dispute may need to be retained longer. Contact us about information you would like removed.
Privacy requests
You may contact support@alldayprint.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law. We respond to requests according to applicable law.
Security and external websites
We use reasonable measures to protect personal information. No website, storage service, or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. Other websites linked from ours have their own privacy practices.
Children
Our services are intended for business customers and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review it.
Policy updates
We update this policy when our practices change and show the revised date. We provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
