Information we collect
This site collects only the details you enter into the homepage Quick Quote, Request a Quote, and Sample Kit forms — your name, company, email, phone, country or region, applicable state or province/territory, shipping details, and the project information you provide (SKU counts, label sizes, materials, finishes, packaging interests, timeline, preferred deadline, and notes).
Stage 1 does not include customer accounts, file uploads, payment collection, or a customer database. When form delivery is activated, validated requests are delivered by transactional email to approved internal recipients.
How we use your information
When delivery is enabled, information is used to respond to your request, prepare a quote or sample kit, and communicate about your project. We do not sell your information.
Email delivery
The Stage 1C candidate uses Resend for transactional delivery and customer confirmations. Production sender, recipient, retention, and vendor terms remain subject to owner approval before launch.
